THE EFFECT OF GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT AND HOUSEHOLD CONSUMPTION ON GRDP IN 34 PROVINCES IN INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of government investment and household consumption on GRDP in 34 provinces in Indonesia. In this study, the government investment variable focuses on physical investment while the household consumption variable consists of food and non-food consumption. This study uses a combination of cross section data with time series in 34 provinces in Indonesia during 2014-2023. The data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that Government Investment Expenditure and household consumption have a positive and significant effect on GRDP in 34 provinces in Indonesia.
