This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Interference Personal Life (WIPL), Personal Life Interference Work (PLIW), Work-Personal Life Enchanchement (WPLE) on Turnover Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 90 employees of the North Aceh Regency Regional Secretariat (SEKDAKAB). The data was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of the study showed that Work Interference Personal Life (WIPL), Personal Life Interference Work (PLIW), Work-Personal Life Enchanchement (WPLE) had a significant effect on Turnover Intention. This research provides practical contributions for employees and government agencies to implement and hold a better and relevant work-life balance-based work program in order to minimize the intention of employees to withdraw from their work.
