Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of ease of use and security on the satisfaction of micro-entrepreneurs using the Action Bank Aceh Syariah application, with religiosity as a moderating variable. The ever-adapting banking world makes mobile banking a practical solution for customers. The Action application is here to facilitate easy financial transactions. Ease of use is defined as the belief that a technology does not require significant effort, while security is the protection of data and transactions from threats. Religiosity, as an important dimension of Muslim consumer behavior, encompasses religious beliefs and practices.. This study used a quantitative approach, with a survey conducted on 100 micro-entrepreneurs in Lhokseumawe. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that convenience and security positively and significantly influenced user satisfaction. Furthermore, religiosity was shown to positively moderate the relationship between convenience and security and customer satisfaction. These findings contribute to the understanding of consumer behavior in Islamic digital banking, integrating technological and spiritual factors. Consequently, Bank Aceh Syariah is advised to continue improving the convenience and security of its application and aligning its strategy with Islamic values for the religious customer segment. Future research is recommended to expand the scope of the study and the variables
