Pancasila Student Profile in Improving the Competence of 21st Century Students and Realizing Well-Being Student

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Pancasila Student Profile on the competence of 21st century and student well-being. This research uses quantitative research. The subject population of this research is all students of Sultan Agung Private Junior High School Pematang Siantar totaling 422 people and the research sample is Private Junior High School class IX students totaling 130 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the study are: (1) there is a positive influence between the Pancasila Student Profile on 21st century competence and there is a positive influence between the Pancasila Student Profile on student wellbeing, (2) there is a moderately high correlation between the Pancasila Student Profile on 21st century competence and there is a moderate correlation between the Pancasila Student Profile on student wellbeing, (3) the Pancasila Student Profile has a positive and significant effect on 21st century competence and the Pancasila Student Profile has a positive and significant effect on student wellbeing.
