Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are initially evaluated by the editor/managing editors. Only submissions that meet the scope and criteria proceed to the full peer review stage. The peer review process is conducted under the responsibility of the Conference Organizers and the Editor(s). The review process is implemented in accordance with academic and ethical standards.

The peer review process is structured as follows:

Type of Review
All manuscripts undergo a (single) blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and minimize bias.

Editorial Management System
Submissions are managed through Open Journal Systems, ensuring transparency, traceability, and systematic handling of manuscripts throughout the review process.

Reviewer Assignment
Each manuscript is evaluated by two independent reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area. In cases of conflicting recommendations, a third reviewer or an editorial decision is employed.

Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers are instructed to assess submissions based solely on academic merit, including but not limited to relevance to the conference scope and themes, originality, novelty, and timeliness of the research, methodological rigor and validity of analysis and results, compliance with ethical standards and research integrity guidelines, clarity, coherence, and accuracy of presentation, including figures and tables.

Decision-Making Process
Based on reviewers’ reports, manuscripts are categorized as*:

  • Accepted without revision
  • Accepted with minor revisions
  • Accepted with major revisions
  • Rejected

*Final decisions are made by the Editors.

Revision and Final Selection 
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ feedback. Revised submissions will be re-evaluated to ensure that all concerns have been adequately addressed before final acceptance.

Evaluation Criteria
The total number of submissions, accepted papers, and acceptance rate will be transparently reported in the final proceedings.

The conference organizers are committed to continuously improving the peer review process through reviewer input and adherence to best practices in scholarly publishing.

Peer Review Ethics Statement

All parties involved in thepeer review process, including authors, reviewerw, and editor are expected to adhere to established ethical standards. This includes: 

  1. Avoidance of plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification.
  2. Disclosure of conflicts of interest.
  3. Maintenance of confidentiality throughout the review process.
  4. Foster fairness, objectivity, and academic integrity.
