Copyright for each article published in the Proceedings of the International Conference on Disaster Infrastructure and Environmental Impact (PICDIEI) remains with its author or authors.

License for Published Articles

Unless otherwise stated in the article, published content is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

This license permits readers to copy, share, and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author or authors and to PICDIEI, a link to the license is supplied, and any modifications are clearly indicated. Adaptations must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Author Agreement

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe the rights of any other party. Authors grant PICDIEI a non-exclusive right to publish the accepted work in the conference proceedings and associated electronic formats.

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reuse any copyrighted text, figures, tables, images, data, or other material owned by third parties. All reused material must be acknowledged appropriately in the manuscript.

Organizer Responsibility

The conference organizer will communicate the applicable copyright and licensing terms to authors and editors before final publication. Any publisher-specific requirements will be provided to accepted authors as part of the publication process.
