ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS REFERENCE (SCOR) DAN ANALITYCAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) (Studi Kasus UKM Durian)

Kebergantungan UKM Durian terhadap supplier durian dan juga kondisi ketersediaan dan kualitas bahan baku menyebabkan produksi olahan durian tidak mengalami peningkatan selama 7 tahun berdirinya UKM tersebut. UKM Durian perlu melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok usahanya untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kinerja UKM dan mengetahui bagian-bagian apa saja yang perlu diperbaiki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Proses inti kinerja rantai pasok pada UKM terbagi menjadi 5 bagian yaitu Plan, Source, Make, Deliver dan Return. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai kinerja akhir dari kinerja rantai pasok UKM adalah sebesar 76,21 dan berada di kategori Good. Terdapat 4 KPI berwarna merah dan 5 KPI berwarna kuning. Pengelompokkan KPI berdasarkan warna tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Traffic Light System. KPI yang berwarna merah kemudian diberikan usulan perbaikan yaitu dengan membuat SOP dan peraturan dalam menjalankan bisnis, meningkatkan promosi produk, memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan, dan sigap dalam menanggapi keluhan-keluhan dari konsumen.
