Plagiarism

Proper credit must be expressed by quoting or using the work of other scholars by citing them and enlisting their works in the reference section. The style of citation may vary from series to series. A better quotation should contain a piece of the idea embodied in a specific work or a simple paraphrase and be composed in a thoughtful and interpretative manner.

Quoting from community-based sources is also discouraged as their authorships can be challenged and do not reflect authenticity. Community-based means anyone can contribute and change existing entries. Thus, they are prone to fabrication. This is the case in Wikipedia, forums, and the like. The Proceedings of Malikussaleh International Conference on Law, Legal Studies and Social Science (MICoLLS) can do this type of source if only the author specifically mentions its source and they wish to faithfully quote the community-based sources.
