Publication Procedure

Agreement and Guidelines

Our team will review the details of the conference and sign a Publishing Agreement with the Organizer if the quote has been agreed upon. The Organizers that are interested in submitting their conference proceedings paper to the Proceedings of Malikussaleh International Conference on Health and Disaster Medicine (MICOHEDMED) should read The Guidelines for Organizer, and provide the authors with The Author Guidelines.

• Submission

Authors submit their documents to the conference organizers. After all, the documents have been peer-reviewed, the conference organizer submits the papers to the Proceedings of Malikussaleh International Conference on Health and Disaster Medicine (MICOHEDMED) in one batch. The proceedings of the Malikussaleh International Conference on Health and Disaster Medicine (MICOHEDMED) team will run the preliminary review and run the plagiarism check.

• Billing

After all, documents have been supplied and passed the review, we will send the organizer a final publication agreement. Once the agreement has been returned, the organizer will receive a publication invoice.

• Production

We process all the documents without delay and the documents will be available online within three months of us receiving the contributions. The organizers will be supplied with PDF proofs of the cover. Authors and organizers are requested to ensure all submissions are adequately checked prior to submission as article proofs will not be sent.
