Analisis Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Menggunakan Software PTV Vissim Dengan Metode PKJI 2014 Pada Simpang Tiga Pancing, Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstrak
Seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Deli Serdang serta letak simpang tiga pancing menghubungkan beberapa universitas, sekolah dan perkantoran hal tersebut mengakibatkan kendaraan bertambah setiap ruas jalan menyebabkan kemacetan, dan kecelakaan, sebab itu perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan kinerja simpang (eksisting) dan menentukan perilaku pengendara terhadap pergerakan lalu-lintas simpang tiga Pancing setelah menggunakan simpang Appil, serta disimulasikan dengan software Vissim. Metode survei digunakan untuk mendapatkan volume kendaraan dengan memakai jasa lima enumerator. Kondisi eksisting diperoleh kapasitas 4.235 skr/jam, derajat kejenuhan 1,21, tundaan 41,48 det/skr dan peluang antrian sebesar 121% - 59% dengan hasil LOS E. Simpang Appil diperoleh kapasitas simpang 3.960 skrj/jam, tundaan 26,79 det/skr dan derajat kejenuhan 0,86 dengan hasil LOS D. Hasil output Vissim diperoleh panjang antrian 160,79 m, tundaan 64,18 det/skr, dengan hasil LOS D. Dari hasil analisis setelah menggunakan simpang Appil dapat memperbaiki tingkat pelayanan simpang dari kategori E (Buruk) menjadi kategori D (Kurang).

Abstract
As the population of Deli Serdang Regency increases and the location of the three fishing intersections connecting several universities, schools and offices, this affects the number of vehicles increases on each road section, causing traffic jams and accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a feasibility analysis of the performance of the (existing) intersection and determine driver behavior regarding traffic movements at the Tiga Pancing intersection after using the Appil intersection, and simulate it using Vissim software. The survey method was used to obtain vehicle volume using the services of five enumerators. Existing conditions obtained a capacity of 4,235 sec/hour, degree of saturation 1.21, delay 41.48 sec/cur and queuing opportunity of 121% - 59% with LOS E results. The Appil intersection obtained an intersection capacity of 3,960 sec/hour, delay 26,79 sec/hour and degree of saturation 0.86 with LOS D results. The Vissim output results obtained a queue length of 160.79 m, a delay of 64.18 sec/currency, with LOS results D. From the results of the analysis after using the APPIL intersection, the level of service at the intersection can be improved from category E (Bad) to category D (Less).
