Analisis Perencanaan Jembatan Pusong – Kandang Menggunakan Sistem Prategang

Abstrak
Jembatan Pusong-Kandang berada di Kota Lhokseumawe yang berfungsi sebagai penyambung jalan lingkar jalan Medan-Banda Aceh yang berada di kawasan desa kandang dan juga berfungsi sebagai jalur evakuasi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat besarnya selisih nilai tinjauan antara penggunaan penampang box girder prategang dan PCI girder prategang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengubah penampang yang digunakan dan standar pembebanan berdasarkan SNI 1726-2016. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan selisih nilai momen maksimum dan gaya lintang maksimum untuk penampang box girder dan PCI girder sebesar 8,5 % dan 6,9 %, tendon yang dibutuhkan antara penampang PCI dan Box adalah sebanyak 20 buah dan 18 buah, kehilangan prategang yang terjadi sebesar 25,97% dan 27,40% dengan selisih kehilangan prategang antara penampang box girder dan PCI girder sebesar 1,43 %. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan bentuk penampang dari PCI girder ke bentuk box girder dapat mengurangi nilai gaya dalam serta kehilangan prategang yang terjadi pada jembatan.

Abstract
Pusong-Kandang Bridge is in Lhokseumawe City which functions as a connection to the Medan-Banda Aceh ring road which is in the Kandang village area and also functions as a disaster evacuation route. This research aims to see the magnitude of the difference in review scores between the use of prestressed box girder cross sections and PCI prestressed girders. This research was carried out by changing the cross-section used and the loading standards based on SNI 1726-2016. In this study, it was found that the difference between the maximum moment and maximum transverse forces for the box girder and PCI girder sections was 8.5% and 6.9%, the tendons required between the PCI and Box sections were 20 and 18, respectively, the loss of prestress that occurred amounting to 25.97% and 27.40% with a difference in prestress loss between the box girder and PCI girder sections of 1.43%. The results of this research show that changing the cross-sectional shape from PCI girder to box girder can reduce the value of internal forces and prestress losses that occur in the bridge.
